5 gallon filling machine consists of washing, filling and capping, which is applied to the production of 3 or 5 gallon purified water and mineral water. The capacity can meet different production requirements from 100BPH to 1200BPH

This entire 5 gallon filling line includes the following optional equipment:cap pulling machine, leak detection machine, brushing machine, automatic barrel loading device, washing/filling/capping three-in-one machine, barrel neck thermal machine, bagging machine, palletizer etc.

4. Barrel packaing is different from small PET bottle packing, usually the barrel is recycling using, so the barrel cleaning is very important as the first step. In our rinsing machine, the barrel will be cleaned by multiple liquid, from alkali water to disinfect water, and then to the pure wate to ensure every barrel can be cleaned absolutely. And then the filling machine and capping machine will start to work automatically.
5. In our capping machine, there is pure water spraying device to sterilize the cap. Avoid any pollution to the water.

A: We will send our engineer to your factory to install the machines and train your engineers how to operate and maintain the machines. Customer pay for visa, round-trip tickets, room and accommodation, also USD80/day/ person(engineer salary).

Q: How long time for installation?

A: According to the machine you order, usually we will send one or two engineer, it takes about 7to 20days.

Q: When can I get my machine after I paid?

A: Usually the production time is around 25-60 days. The exactly will be decided by which machine u order.
