5 Gallon Bottle Washing Filling Capping Machine consists of washing, filling and capping, which is applied to the production of 3 or 5 gallon purified water and mineral water. The capacity can meet different production requirements from 100 to 2000BPH.
The entire line includes the following optional equipment: Cap pulling machine, leak detection machine, brushing machine, automatic barrel loading device, washing / filling / capping three-in-one machine, barrel neck thermal machine, bagging machine, palletizer and etc.

Semi-automatic Decapping Machine
Model BS-1 cap puller and barrel brush machine is one part of model QGF barreled water production line. It can be used to wash barrel as well as pull cap. The barrel can be washed very cleanly and the cap can be pulled without harm, so the barrel can be recycling. The structure of this machine is compact, one person can operate it. The capacity is no less than 100B/H.

A: According to the machine you order, usually we will send one or two engineer, it takes about 7to 20days.
